Our pricing structure

We offer a basic entry level price with additional options, as laid out below.

Entry level - €250

This plan delivers a framework enabling you, the customer, to add pages to your website and modify existing ones at any time without having to pay extra for an expert to help you.

The website will comprise a single theme (page design), using one of our standard themes (contact us for details), and for this we charge an inclusive €250. This includes up to two hours of telephone-based training (Europe only) in the use of our online site editing tools (which you can read about in the Editors section). In this plan the customer is responsible for all text content and for supplying images. If you are able to use a word processor without difficulty you will be able to use the editor to create as many pages as you like and the menu items that call them.

Included is the cost of registering your chosen domain name and hosting your site for up to a year with a space limited to 20MB. After that you will need to arrange hosting and we will transfer your site to it. For example, our favorite hosting service, Dreamhost, offers unlimited space for US$8.95/month.

For a large number of customers our entry level plan is sufficient in itself and no extra options will be needed.

Customised themes option - €100+

Our standard design themes can be customised to a large extent by changing the colors, images and positioning of their various aspects. As part of the basic package we will work with you to achieve the look you require.

If you require a different theme you can choose one from a library, for example at Open Source Web Design, or you can indicate any web page that you would like to emulate. In either case we will construct your theme based on the design you choose. This option costs from €100 depending on the complexity of the design.

Another option is to use a professional designer to come up with a theme based on your needs. We can quote a price on request.

Additional themes option - €100+

Some websites have more than one design theme. For example, this one has a home page without a menu then three identical pages types each with its own menu. The cost of adding a theme is from €100 depending on the complexity of the design.

Full content management - €75 per page

TCMS is designed to be used by website owners to add and modify their own content. If however you prefer not to do this yourself we can offer it as a service. We will require copy as a Word document or as an email. Images must be provided by you where needed; we cannot draw graphics or take photographs as an inclusive service.
